MOE NAKASE

 

Moe Nakase｜Born in 1993. Working primarily with encaustic painting—a technique in which pigments are mixed with molten beeswax—Nakase has developed her own distinctive approach. Through her practice, she explores the relationship between humans and nature and reflects on what it means to live.

 

 

中瀬 萌｜1993年生まれ。溶かした蜜蝋に顔料を混ぜる世界三大古典技法である''エンカウスティーク''を軸に、独自の手法へと発展させ、自然と人間との関わりを観察し続けている。それらはどこか、懐かしい景色にの中に見たことのない景色。長野県在住。
